By creating an account or using Attend, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of your school.
2. Use of the service
Attend is provided for schools to manage attendance, enrollment, classrooms, and staff. You agree to use it only for that purpose and to keep account credentials confidential.
3. Accounts and registration
Your school is responsible for the accuracy of information entered by its staff and for managing which staff have access to Attend.
4. Data ownership
Your school owns the data it enters into Attend. We act as the platform your data is stored and processed on, not as its owner.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep Attend available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will communicate planned downtime where practical.
6. Limitation of liability
Attend is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Attend evolves. Material changes will be communicated to school administrators.
