What Attend does today
Every feature below is available in production now — not a roadmap item.
Daily attendance
Guides record attendance for their Environment day by day, with a clear view of who is expected, present, late, or excused. Previous and next-day navigation skips weekends and holidays automatically, so moving between school days never means guessing.
Children
Every Child has a record of their enrollment, classroom assignment, and weekly attendance schedule. Bulk CSV import is available for onboarding an existing roster, with duplicate warnings so the same Child is never added twice by accident.
Classrooms
Classrooms are organized around Program Types you define for your school — Nido, Toddler, Primary, Elementary, or your own custom bands — with capacity and staff assignments tracked per Environment.
Staff
Guides and administrators are invited by email, with role-based permissions controlling what each person can see and do. Employment history is kept, not overwritten, when a staff member leaves.
Montessori workflows
Environment and Guide are first-class terms throughout Attend, not relabeled from "classroom" and "teacher." Mixed-age groupings and mother-tongue Montessori vocabulary are supported from the first school you create.
